Alexandre Baty, trumpet, is solo trumpet at the Philharmonic Orchestra of Radio France and the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra where he also leads the Baty Brass Academy. He regularly appears as a soloist with orchestras around the world and in 2011 won second price at the 60th International ARD music competition in Munich.
Wim Van Hasselt, trumpet, is professor of trumpet at the University of Music Freiburg in Germany and regularly makes solo appearances and gives masterclasses in Europe, Northern America and Japan. He is also active as a chamber musician. He was a member of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra from 2009 – 2014 and regularly appears with the Lucerne Festival Orchestra.
Jasper de Waal, french horn, was solo horn player of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra from 2004 – 2012 and performs as a soloist and chamber musicians at home and abroad. Since 2014 he is solo horn player of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. He is a guest professor at the Amsterdam Conservatory.
Jörgen van Rijen, trombone, is, apart from his work as solo trombone of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, much in demand as a soloist around the world. He plays concerts and gives masterclasses in almost all European countries, Northern America and the Far East. He regularly appears with the Lucerne Festival Orchestra, performs chamber music and teaches at the Amsterdam Conservatory.
Stéphane Labeyrie, tuba, is solo tuba player of the Orchestre de Paris and professor at the Lyon Conservatory. He appears as a soloist with different ensembles and orchestras, both in France and abroad. He is also part of the Ensemble Octobone (8 trombones, tuba and percussion).
